The second match of the T-20 tri-series that involves Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will be played between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe.

Afghanistan team will be coming to this game high on confidence following their remarkable victory in the test against host nation Bangladesh. Newly-appointed skipper, Rashid Khan will be leading the Afghanistan side in this tri-series. He is also currently the ICC top-ranked T-20 bowler. It would be a tough challenge for the opponent to go through his spell of four hours. Afghan side also got quality all-rounder, Mohammed Nabi. He possesses great all-round skills. In fact, he is currently the second-best all-rounder in the T-20. Overall, Afghanistan team looks very strong and balanced, and they would be eying to start the tri-series on winning note.

On the other hand, Zimbabwe lost the opening game of the tri-series against the host nation Bangladesh. In the close game, Bangladesh chased the target of 145 with 3 wickets in hand. Earlier, in batting top-order batsmen failed very quickly. However, the middle Ryan Burl’s played impressive knock to take Zimbabwe first innings score to a decent one. He scored 57 runs just from 32 balls. Bowling duo, Tendai Chatara and Kyle Jarvis bowled remarkably well to get Bangladeshi top-order batsmen. However, some brilliant top-order batting from Bangladesh lower-order batsmen took the game away in the end. Zimbabwe side got many positive from the first game and they would be eying for the clinical performance to get their win of the Tri-series.
