But problems still remain for the side as their top order failed for the second consecutive game. Lanning would want the side to recover from here going into the next game. It was a collective failure of the top order in the last game with Alyssa Healy, Beth Mooney and Ashleigh Gardener going out early.
The latter two have failed in both the games and need to do well. Lanning and Rachael Haynes batted well to guide the side to a win. They have good batting to follow in Nicola Carey and Ellyse Perry down the order.
