They retained experienced wicketkeeper CM Gautam and exciting batsmen Devdutt Paddikkal before the auction. They made several smart purchases during the auction like Prasidh Krishna, Abrar Kazi, Abhishek Reddy and now look like a team well balanced to challenge for the title. They will be hoping that star allrounder Krishnappa Gowtham gets to play at least a couple of games for them.
