After a disappointing World cup campaign, West Indies worries in the shorter format of the game continues. Despite a very good T20 squad, lately, they have struggled to fire in unison. In the previous game, except opening batsman, D Dottin, not other batsmen were able to score double-digit. D Dottin scored handsome 69 from 59 balls with 2 sixes and six fours. She will be looking to carry on good form and do heavy scoring in the second match of the series. On the other hand, Unlike England, Windies is relying heavily on their key player and skipper Stafanie Taylor. She is playing a great all-rounder role for her team and leading from the front. Taylor is the most experienced Windies T20 player; she played more than 100 T20 games and scored more than 3000 runs. Notably, Taylor holds a great record against England; scored 351 runs from 14 matches at an average of 31.90 and bagged 18 wickets as well. The onus will be on her to score greatly against quality English attack. She is expected to bounce back and score freely in this contest.
Bowling unit will be lead by Shakera Selman and S Connell bowled economically with an economy of less than seven and picked four wickets amongst them. However other bowlers; H Matthews and S Taylor went for plenty and allowed English batsmen to score freely. Bowlers need to be very disciplined against quality English batsmen.

England women team has played good quality cricket in T20 lately. On the other hand, West Indies is a good T20 side but they have struggled to deliver quality performance consistently against a top-ranked opponent like England. Heather Knight and co. are a strong team playing in their home conditions and they got top-ranked bowler and batsmen in their ranks.
