Dominant Pakistan eye clean sweep in ODI series

Host Pakistan will be looking to inflict a whitewash in the ODI series when they take on Zimbabwe in the third and final game to be played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.
Pakistan bowlers put in a splendid performance followed by Babar Azam masterclass batting to help beat Zimbabwe by six wickets. With this result, Pakistan have already clinched the ODI series and taken 2-0 lead against Zimbabwe. Abid Ali was the first to be dismissed after scoring 22 runs off 24 balls with the help of four boundaries. His opening partner, Imam-ul-Haq, played well and fell one run short of a half-century. Left-hander struck five boundaries in his innings.
In his limited-overs debut for Pakistan, Haider Ali looked in excellent touch in his short stay at the crease. He scored 29 runs off 24 balls with the help of one four and two sixes.
For Pakistan, Skipper Babar Azam led from the front and smashed a scintillating 77 not out off 74 balls with the help of seven fours and two sixes. He was well supported by Iftikhar Ahmed, who chipped in with unbeaten 16 runs off 24 balls.
