Two wins in two games and Pakistan Women have already won the three-match T20 series with the last game to go. The side has played well in both the games especially their bowlers. They have troubled Bangladesh Women with their tight line and length in both the games.
Bangladesh Women on the other have lost due to their inability to winning key moments in both the games so far. With the series loss, Bangladesh Women will need to play for pride as they play the last game in this series. The fact that they have never won a T20 game against Pakistan in Pakistan is likely to act as a mental obstacle which seems difficult for the side to overcome. The side will need to fight back with all the resources they have to stop the confident Pakistan Women from taking the series 3-0.

Bismah Maroof would be happy with the manner in which her side has taken an unassailable lead in this series. They have been clinical in both the games and not allowed Bangladesh Women to dominate them. Maroof would want her players to go for the kill and finish it 3-0. Javeria Khan did well in the last game at the top and skipper Bismah Maroof has been in great form so far in the series.
The side would want to better start from Sidra Ameen in the next game after two consecutive failures. Iram Javed, Omaima Sohail and Sana Mir would be expected to hit the ball hard and increase the scoring rate towards the end of the innings. In the bowling department, Sadia Iqbal looks in great form at the moment and she will look to trouble Bangladesh Women in the game. Diana Baig and Anam Amin also look in good form at the moment for the side with the new ball. Sana Mir and Aliya Riaz will need to bowl tighter lines in the next game.

Salma Khatun’s side for the second time in the series threw away an opportunity to win the game. They performed well in parts but failed to maintain their moment and deliver as a unit. Having already lost the series, Khatun’s aim would be to get the best performance out of her girls in the next game and win it to restore lost pride. Batting woes continue for Bangladeshi openers as Sharmin Sultana and Ayasha Rahman have failed in both the games so far. In the middle order, Sanjida Islam, Rumana Ahmed and Nigar Sultana have done well and shall need to make a big score out of their start.
Fargana Hoque looks good in the lower middle order and will have to use the long handle well. In the bowling department, Jahanara Alam and Panna Ghosh have done well so far in the series and will be looking to pick wickets early. Lata Mondal, Salma Khatun and Rumana Ahmed will need to keep their line tight and restrict the flow of runs in the next game.

The skies over Lahore on the 30th of October would be clear with heat and humidity. The pitch has been an excellent one to bat on in the two games that has been played so far at this venue. We expect a flat surface in the next game with little assistance for the bowlers. The side winning the toss would want to bat first on this surface.
Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore is a batter’s paradise where the flat wicket is complemented by a fast outfield. Batters who play on the up and hit the ball through the line have done well on this surface. The spinners have got decent bargain off the surface as the pitch slows down a bit in the second innings.
In the two games played so far the side batting first has won on both occasions. The pitch is easy to bat on in the first innings and slows down towards the second innings making batting challenging. We expect the skipper winning the toss to bat first on this wicket.
Bangladesh Women team had arrived in Pakistan in good form having had a wonderful run at home against several teams. But they have been found to be wanting on most counts. The side is now playing to avoid a whitewash in the three-match series after losing the first two games. Pakistan Women have played well barring some issues with their batting and bowlers have done the job well for them. As they play the last game they would be looking to make it 3-0 and going by their form they would start as favorites in the game.
