The batting-friendly Sharjah is no more producing high scoring games. In the last 3 matches, the average score has been around 150 runs at Sharjah. Both teams have very little experience in this venue. RCB have played two games whereas SRH have played only once at this venue.
Teams batting second have won in the last four matches on this wicket. And also the wicket gets slower as the innings progresses. The boundaries are short but it's not easy to hit anymore. Teams don't know what score is good on this pitch. So, the team winning the toss would field first.
RCB have played good cricket throughout the tournament and their numbers speak for them. They need only one win to secure their place and they will be very keen to get it early. SRH have been on and off throughout and have also lost once against RCB. They will be under a lot of pressure against RCB as it's a do or die for them. RCB have strong batting and will come hard against SRH.
We predict RCB to register a win against SRH.
