Host West Indies eye a strong start against inconsistent Sri Lanka

Host West Indies will be looking to continue their winning streak when they take on Sri Lanka in the first Test of the two-match series at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua.
West Indies Cricket Board has rewarded Kraigg Brathwaite for his leadership skills shown in Bangladesh. The opener will captain the side for the two-match series against Sri Lanka. Darren Bravo and Jason Holder also make their return to the squad after missing the Bangladesh tour.

Opener Dimuth Karunaratne will lead the side for the two-match Test series after missing the home series against England. Uncapped player Pathum Nissanka has been included in the Test squad for the series.
In the batting department, the side will be depending on the opening pair of Dimuth Karunratne and Lahiru Thiramanne to get them off to good starts.
